Responsibilities

  • Update Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) accounts daily with current and relevant photos, videos, and other content with SEO in mind
  • Respond to posts or comments on social media to bring value to user’s interactions
  • Post and interact with local and relevant organizations and groups within Crowd Answers’s niche
  • Maintain current information on all social media platforms
  • Perform research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant to our customer base and post it to our social networks in a manner that invites conversation and interaction
  • Build audience and online social networks by increasing fan-base and interactions and by compiling a list of key influencers
  • Promote blogs, press releases, and copy by utilizing word of mouth marketing and internet marketing techniques to increase traffic and company awareness
  • Leverage social networks to strengthen relationships with existing clients, and increase the number of impressions on potential clients and influencers within the internship space
  • Create newsletter with call to actions in a biweekly basis and send it to clients using our Mail chimp account
  • Assist with editorial publications by gathering research and creating content
  • Assist management in portfolio innovation.
  • Generate press via third party news sites

 

Requirements

  • Current college student or recent graduate majoring in either Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or the like
  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills (may be required to provide writing samples)
  • Familiarity and facility with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+
  • Understand and deliver a consistent social media “voice” that uniquely speaks to our audience and comes to life through the content created
  • Proven experience acquiring followers and engagement on mainstream social media platforms
  • Solid understanding of the internet and social media marketing best practices as well as Public Relations
  • Strong interest in storytelling, media and podcasts
  • Provide input on new platforms and trends in social media and identify opportunities to do things that have never been done before
  • Unconventional and creative thinking as well as the ability to photograph and film innovative pieces content for our social media channels.
  • Fearless attitude toward technology and a willingness to learn

Job Description

The Eli Lilly Sales Internship is a unique 10 – week program designed to give students “hands-on” experience in selling Pharmaceuticals. After completing part of sales training at home, students travel to Indianapolis for additional classroom training and to experience the Lilly corporate culture. Sales Interns are assigned a territory and are responsible for calling on physicians. Interns will sell one of Lilly’s products and are integrated into District teams. Each student is assigned a mentor to assist them with territory management and selling skills. All interns are provided a company car and an iPad as part of the internship.

 

Requirements

  • 3 years of undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree
  • Expected graduation between Dec 2016 and August 2017
  • Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2016
  • Completion of the Pre-Employment Screen(PES)
  • Must be able to start the Sales Internship on day 1
  • Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B or TN status) for this position

Program Description

The Future Leaders Program is a 2-day, intense look at media career opportunities at Starcom MediaVest Group designed primarily for minority students in their final year of college. Students are immersed in media training and case studies in an effort to review the role they’ll play as entry-level employees upon graduating. They will interact with key SMG executives and line managers as well as experience real projects and professional scenarios during the workshop. The activities conclude with fulltime interviews and potential for placement upon graduation.

 

Requirements

SMG Future Leaders program is primarily intended for minority students. You may apply to the program if you meet the following:

  • GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.00 grading scale
  • A citizen or permanent resident of the United States
