You’ll learn how to write content for social media, operationally service a social media client, be involved in evaluating the success of social media advertising campaigns, and so much more.

Account Executive

  • Support the Account Manager in the daily contact with regional agencies
  • Work in continuous communication with the Media Account Managers to optimize administrative processes.
  • Keep track of media flowcharts by brand and country
  • Maintain dashboards updated
  • Assists the Analytics director in the dashboard building process
  • Create and update ongoing financial reports and ad hoc requests
  • Assists the Regional Director on the status updates




  • 1-2 years of Planning experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – Knowledge of dashboards, pivot tables and macros is a plus
  • English and Spanish language proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of advertising and/or marketing and/or PR
  • Basic knowledge of Latin America idiosyncrasy
  • Demonstrates creativity in recommendations/problem solving
  • Accurate and detail oriented with exceptional creative thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of basic media planning concepts and process and ability to decipher campaigns in the market
  • Exhibit time management skills and the ability to multi-task, manage concurrent projects and work successfully under pressure
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Communication skills: written and verbal
