Did you say yes? Expeditors, a global logistics company, is looking for you to fill their sales administration position for their Miami branch!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lead pre-qualification and lead assignment
  • Manage CRM best practices via follow-up and reporting of CRM metrics
  • Support with market research and account qualification
  • Prepare sales binders for customer meetings
  • Prepare analysis of Sales Dashboard reporting
  • Ensure Sales Meeting slide decks are prepared and lined up with the projector for the meetings
  • Coordinate weekly Sales Meeting materials and presos, and recap of meeting and any tasklists
  • Manage Bid Database
  • Prepare weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly scorecards and reports
  • Prepare data, reports and powerpoint slides for business reviews
  • Assist with RFP responses, program recommendations, and sales presentations
  • Keep customer analytic scorecards current and healthy
  • Attend monthly production editor conference calls
  • Produce and manage branch seminar flyers
  • Ensure that all marketing templates are current
  • Order, manage, and deploy calendars, and other customer service related materials
  • Attend all company functions

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish*
  • Highly organized
  • Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Visio, Excel, Word, and Publisher)

Reports to District Sales Manager
