Technical Customer Support Representative

Full time entry/Mid-level position

Multimillion Dollar Company in the Downtown Miami area is seeking 5 Technical Customer Support Representatives to join their team!

**NO TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Working within the tech industry or having a passion for technology is preferred
  • Must be innovative, critical thinker, problem solver, and have ability to identify challenges and solutions
  • Availability to work an 8 hour work shift between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday
  • Fluent in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
